Dr Naras Lapsys understands that nutrition and lifestyle play a critical role in how long and how well we live. By addressing dietary patterns, sleep, exercise and well-being, we can:

My Approach

I believe that every person’s situation is unique and, as such, my approach is individualized and highly tailored to your needs. I carry out detailed investigation into your eating habits and behaviors, lifestyle choices and current state of health. I use evidence-based Western medicine, science and anti-aging medicine as a platform for all my advice and services. I remain current with emerging trends in nutrition, am forward-thinking and innovative. All individuals are welcome, privacy and confidentiality are assumed, and I provide an environment of trust and respect.

About Dr Naras Lapsys, Accredited Practising Dietitian

Following a 10- year period as senior scientist at world- renowned Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Dr Lapsys opened his first nutrition consultancy in Sydney, Australia. Spanning a 14-year period of face-to-face consultations, Dr Lapsys helped thousands of individuals ranging from the very unwell through to elite and professional athletes. He developed strong relationships amongst medical specialists, GP’s and his community. Dr Lapsys continued to study whilst working and became arguably one of Australia’s most qualified nutrition specialists and an expert in his field. In 2018, drawing upon all his years of experience and study, Dr Lapsys relocated to Sydney.
